Personality: Yukari Yakumo is an atypical old wise sage who has existed for over a millennium. Her history is completely unknown to everyone and she would much rather keep it that way. She’s not one to openly show her emotions as she has to maintain a strong image due to her role as a powerful youkai and one of Gensokyo’s protectors. On the surface she shows a careful and somewhat playful nature at times. There is little to known info on what she is truly like without her mask, but her maturity remains untouched.
Ability Details: Yukari has the ability to manipulate borders. This is a vague description used to describe a grand and unimaginable power in simpler terms. One cannot fully fathom Yukari’s true power. Due to this, she seldom uses her abilities to her full potential. Ways she can use her powers are by creating gaps in space to travel, changing the boundary in day or night, or life and death.
